The Homeowner’s Association (HOA) for Southwood Estates is the Sunrise Master Association. Run by an elected Board of Directors, the purpose of the association is to maintain all common areas and ensure accordance with the CC&R’s, Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation for the Sunrise Development.
