Specializing in new construction home sales and marketing, Josh has worked with some of the areas top builders and has helped numerous clients through the process of buying a new construction home. While new construction has been a specialized area of focus, Josh takes the same passion and exceptional client service to his resale business. His experience and dedication to educate rather than sell his clients has earned him the trust and confidence to be able to operate the majority of his business by referral. Josh is constantly seeking cutting edge and innovative ways to improve and enhance his services and marketing strategies to both buyers and sellers. His local expertise, experience and drive make him an agent you definitely want on your side. Josh began his career in real estate in 2003 after graduating from Central Washington University where he received a B.A. in Public Relations/Marketing and minors in Sociology and Advertising. Josh has consistently ranked among the top 20% in the John L. Scott Puyallup office and has received several awards for both sales and client service throughout his career.
